PLEASE NOTE:
AN ADDTIONAL rate of P60.00/U$5.00 per caravan/ motor home/ off road trailer and
P60.00/U$5.00 per electricity point as required & if available.

  • Check in time is from 15h00 and check out is at 09h00 on the day of departure.
  • NOTICE OF CANCELLATION MUST BE WRITING
  • A cancellation rate of 50% of the full payment due will apply in all instances. Principle of this Policy : Once confirmed, we are obliged to honour your reservation. This inevitably means that we turn away other enquiries. Whilst your reason for cancellation may be valid, Woodlands Stop Over & Lodge cannot “retrieve” enquiries that have been turned away.
  • Any cancellation within 7 days of the arrival date, the deposit is non refundable.
  • Accommodation charges for the entire stay must be settled upon arrival.
  • Bookings are kept until 5pm on the day of arrival unless arrangements have been made for a late arrival.
  • Non arrivals (no-show) will be liable to pay the full rate for the first night.
  • No music or parties allowed on the property.
